Your first visit

Here's what happens, start to finish.

No surprises and no pressure. If you're bringing a nervous kid, tell us. We'll go slow.

Read the questions parents ask most

  1. Send the short form

    Name, phone, and who it's for. Takes about two minutes.

  2. We call you

    We answer your questions and pick a time. [[TK: who makes the call]]

  3. Sit down with Dr. Baun

    We talk about what's going on, then he checks how your spine and nervous system are working. [[TK: visit length]]

  4. Get a clear plan

    If care makes sense, he lays out a starting plan of about 13 weeks, then lighter wellness visits after that. You decide.

How I work

Zone Technique starts with your nervous system.

Your nervous system runs everything: how you move, how you heal, even how you digest. I check how it's doing first, then adjust the spine to help it work the way it should.

I learned it from mentors I trust at R Family, Titan, and Ignite Chiropractic.
