Zone Technique

Nervous system first, then the spine.

Here's what Zone Technique is, in plain English, and what actually happens when you're in the room.

The short version

Your brain talks to the rest of your body through your nervous system, and most of that wiring runs through your spine. When things along the spine aren't moving the way they should, that conversation can get noisy.

Zone Technique is how I find where that's happening and help clear it up. I check first, adjust only what needs it, and then check again.

I learned it from mentors at R Family Chiropractic, Titan Chiropractic, and Ignite Chiropractic. [[TK: Dr. Baun to confirm this description matches how he explains Zone Technique]]

  • I checkI look at how your nervous system and spine are doing. [[TK: what his check involves, in his words]]
  • I adjustSpecific adjustments where they're needed. For kids, it's lighter and slower.
  • I check againSo we both know what changed before you head home.

Why it matters

What families usually come in for

Every body is different, and I won't promise results I can't see yet. These are the reasons people most often walk through the door.

Pain relief

Backs, necks, headaches, and the aches that come from work, sports, and carrying kids around. This is where most people start.

Moving and recovering

Getting mobility back, bouncing back from a hard season or an injury, and feeling steadier and more balanced day to day.

How your body works

Because the nervous system runs everything, some families also come to us for things like digestion and how their body is functioning overall.
